GULF ECO Expo and Conference set in January 2010
(MENAFN Press) Oman International Trade and Exhibitions (OITE), the country’s premier events management company, announces the staging of the fifth edition of the Gulf Eco Exhibition from 11th to 13th January 2010 to be held at the Oman International Exhibition Centre.
Gulf Eco is organised under the auspices of the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs. The event is set to be the most comprehensive environment-friendly exhibition in the region as it brings in the biggest names in the sectors including Environment and Climate, Sustainable Water and Marine Resources, Alternative and Renewable Energy.
A three-in-one event, Gulf Eco is aimed at addressing the needs of these sectors and presenting a wide spectrum of cutting-edge technologies, solutions and effective services that will pave the way for further growth and development with focus on sustainability and conservation.
Gulf Eco Exhibition is a unique and excellent platform to meet and interact with decision makers, influential officials and end-users of products, services and technologies under one venue. It is likewise aimed to showcase the industry’s various present and future development projects.
Alongside the exhibition, OITE will also hold the Gulf Eco Conference, which is aimed at providing industry leaders with the right platform to discuss the various challenges and issues concerning the environment and climate change, whilst sustaining natural resources through effective integration of alternative and renewable energy sources.
The exhibitors profile under the Environment and Climate Change will include all products and services which help manage the environmental pollution and climate control, environment protection and monitoring, biosphere and marine environment, climate change and control, advanced warning systems, pollution and CO2 emissions, recycling and reuse systems.
The Alternative and Renewable Energy Exhibitors profile will include solar, wind, ocean and bio-fuel energy, bioenergetics and geothermal energy, nuclear power generation, energy conservation and efficiency, self-sustained commercial and industrial energy solutions, amongst others.
