Beck Magnetic Pulse Generator Experimental Prototype

For those of you not familiar with this device, Dr. Robert C. Beck provides a guide for building several DIY self help devices for people who prefer to stay independent of the present mainstream healthcare system which is focused on drugs and surgery. One of these items is a magnetic pulse generator. The principle within this magnetic pulse generator being superior to others is that it uses the strobe lamp as a thyratron, or a plasma switch to dump energy into a coil which creates a huge, sudden magnetic flux upon its activation.

The pulsed coil acts as the primary of a transformer and anything conductive nearby (e.g. living tissue) acts as the secondary in which current is induced from the coil’s time varying lines of magnetic flux.

Allegedly, this device has a measurable output several thousand times more powerful than the famous brand name magnetic pulsers on the commercial market. (This is difficult to determine. Most gaussmeters on the market are highly sensitive to low magnetic fields, therefore, a single, time varying magnetic burst causes them to go off the scale, both analog and digital.)

Theoretically, it can neutralize electro-sensitive pathogens and viruses when activated over lymph nodes and organs, especially nerve sheaths that are untouchable via immune system, white cells or injectables.

This may account for the impossibility of curing certain chronic infections via pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, or other presently know conventional treatments (not including electrotherapy such as Rife which is far more sophisticated).

On to the Mod

I’m using a Chauvet mini-flash, CH-730, 120VAC, 9.6W (25W max) strobe light. The circuit had two 22uF Electrolytic Caps rated at 350V which I have replaced with two 330uF Caps rated at 400V.

Modified AC Strobe light

Click the thumbnail to see a detailed picture of two modified strobe lights. As you see, there is a bit of size difference between the former caps and the new ones. The new ones together are about the diameter of a large double barrel shotgun and I fear they may also have the same amount of power.

The new, larger caps were very difficult to find at this voltage rating. When I found them, I knew they would not be able to fit inside the box. They are stuck on top with hot melt glue which is also used to insulate the contacts.

Fortunately the circuit is fused, but I would like to know what further safety precautions to take. It’s possible that the intense energy could cause something to burn out or explode. I would like to know what kind of shielding or further shunt besides that power resister should be employed.

I have also taken into consideration this pulser should not be left activated. I have taken a further precaution by including an SPST switch activated coil. Switched Coil

Approx. 100 feet of 16 AWG wire is wound on a video cassette reel and housed in a polycarbonate shell. A 6 Amp, 125 V SPST switch is in series with this coil to make manual control easy at the desired site of activation. Between the pulser and the coil, there is an RCA cable (for convenience). Inner conductor and ground have been fused together to act as a large conductor.

Thanks in advance,

Randolph

Thanks to Dr. Richard Loyd for giving me the confidence from his experience in these types of devices. Dr. Loyd told me he ended up using 600uF Caps, so my 330uF Caps are relatively medium fare.Besides the project discused at http://www.royalrife.com/superthumpy.htm, he also told me of a more powerful setup using a 12,000 volt neon sign transformer, a 20 pound, 1uF capacitor rated at 10,000 volts, and a spark gap rather than a thyratron (flash tube). All of this goes to a flexible wire rated at 40,000 volts which the subject winds around the affected body part.I guess the source of my fear was the relative size of the caps in comparison with the rest of the circuit. In reality, the part that will wear out first in this configuration is the flash tube. There are sources for more powerful flash tubes, in fact, I’m even considering retrofitting it with a spark plug, which is still basically a high energy plasma switch. I suspect that the more advanced Beck Generators might have this. I could be wrong. The following video is my personal take on building a Beck-type Magnetic Pulser:

For now, I have a 330uF double barrel, modular magnetic pulse generator that has a very nice “thump” to it. The modular system allows different coil configurations. Rather than simple wound solenoids, I plan on more exotic self canceling coils such as mobius, caduceus, and bifilar that have deliver pure potential with parallel magnetic and electric fields rather than the classic force vector of perpendicular magnetic and electric fields. The basis for this is from two classic articles in bioenergetics on the biological effects of Scalar Energy and Quantum Fields wherein scalar and quantum field coil configurations are more efficacious in the healing process.I’m going under the assumption that a Beck Generator is acting as a short impulse multiple wave oscillator. Scalar and “quantum” coil configurations are more efficient with higher frequencies in the megahertz region. Gated square wave pulses through these coil configurations have provided more efficacious healing under controlled experiments.

To this end, I will probably be leaving the Beck magnetic pulse generator behind for more elaborate fare in scalar and quantum fields. For now, I will make this generator available for other experimenters in magnetotherapy in the Beck Protocol. More to come.

P.S. I’ve decided to part with one of my prototypes - Here’s the manual for those who are interested: Beck Magnetic Pulse Generator Manual. I going to sell it on eBay to help finance more advanced projects. Please see my Twitter Profile on my latest offerings at eBay. Thanks for your interest!
